September 2013 Card of the Month projects

Happy Birthday Border Card:

This is a card that I found on www.splitcoaststampers.com. I don't have the exact same stamps but I have a bunch of border stamps so I think we can create something similar.
Supplies:
Colored cardstock for your card base and scalloped circle
white cardstock for stamping
black ink pad
Coloring tools
Glitter glue to highlight candles (optional)
Jewels to decorate your borders (optional)
border stamps (I will share mine)
colored inks (I will share mine)
